Every order, commission and products are handled with great care. We aim to be deliver to you products and services that you are completely satisfied with. Please take your time reading descriptions and details before placing an order. We do our best to get colour accuracy however if you are in any doubt please check on multiple screens. We are more than happy to answer any questions or queries. All sales are final. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

If a purchase arrives damaged a request for return must be made within 7 working days of receipt of order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jdcrawfs@icloud.com and we will help you with the process. 

 

Shipping:
If applicable, to return your product, you should mail your product to: James D Crawford Illustration. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
